I dusted off our boat after life kept me from using it for a couple years and the kicker motor (1977 4.5 merc) is not running. I just rebuilt the carb and spark plug and fresh gas. I can get it started and it'll sputter and cough for 30 seconds and then die. If i give it gas it dies...
