We have a 3 year old Johnson 140hp 4 stroke outboard on our pontoon. The motor is chugging at 2800 rpm and wont exceed 3100 with no load. Any idea what could be causing this? We checked the spark plugs and all the cylinders seem to be firing. :confused:
