I have a 79 omc 140 with the stringer outdrive, got a couple issues that are bugging me.
1.) when engine is at anything higher then 1000 rpm it has little "burbles" or slight jumping every 2-3 seconds. In between the engine runs perfect. I've played with the carb and points...
