I recently bought an older jon boat (1988) with a mercury 25hp 2 cycle motor. The motor looks in decent shape. The seller told me they were using it last about 5 years ago, motor ran fine for about 30 mins till they stopped to fish. When it was time to go back the motor wouldn't start again...
