I have a 5.7 350hp carborated mercrusier. I recently had a surging issue at high rpm, I changed fuel lines and pump and it ran perfect. The other day at low rpm in the no wakes zones it started to sputter and would stall and not restart, after sitting for 10 minutes it would start and run fine...
