    98 Mecruiser alignment problems

    Having trouble getting alignment tool to go into Engine coupler.Engine is 5.7 with alpha 1 out drive. Adjusted motor mounts several times and nothing changed.     Shift interrupt switch

    How maney cylinders does a shift interrupt switch cut out. If the switch is bad could it limit the number of cylinders firing while on the muffs in the driveway. Thanks Scott
