I got a 2005 40 yamaha 4stroke, i have had the carbs repaired about 2 years ago and now im having issues with it not starting unless the choke is up. It will run with choke up but will not idle. Also after it starts up it will smoke for a little bit. Any advise will be muh appreciated.
