    I have a 2014 Regal 2500 with a 300hp Volvo Penta IBO engine. The "Regal-Vue" display that has GPS, chart plotter and engine gauges is not working properly and I want to replace it with a Garmin or similar unit. However, my mechanic tells me that the Garmin (or similar unit) will not work...
