    1995 Mariner 90hp loses forward under load

    I have a '95 Mariner 90hp. Serial is 0G255176. Powerhead runs great and pisses well. With muffs on, i have solid forward and reverse, but as soon as I put it in the water, I only have reverse. Any ideas or suggestions?
