    1967 Mercury 200 prop stuck? or I don't know how to get it off

    Simple question regarding a 1967 Mercury 20 horsepower motor: Took off the prop nut and a lock washer. Prop won't budge. Seems to be seized. Is there a step that I'm missing on this model?
