    what to do? have water on all 4 plugs

    Took the boat out started it went to drop trailer came back and was dead in the water.I never could get it to stay runnin. I then took plugs out to check them noticed they were sort of milky white lookin i assumed water all four plugs were that way . the motor is a 1974 johnson 85hp 2 stroke...
