i have a 1984 merc.200 outboard and about three years ago it started to bog down and not get the torc it use to have. top end is a little slow too, when it is full out it should be hitting about 5 rpms and it only hitting 4 rpms and when i trim it up it hits 5 rpms but it should be hitting 6...
