The tack on the boat doesn't read right, when it should read 4000rpm it reads 60000rpm. The needle is not jumping or jiggling just reading wrong. My guess it is the tack it self not the cable. The brand of the tack is ( farin ), motor runs just fine. Any ideas the season is coming to and end...
