Is it best to fully remove the carbs for cleaning? Looks like I can remove the float,
and disassemble from the side without fully removing them.
The idle isn't very smooth, dies after idling a few minutes.

so found a Mariner 40 hp 4 cylinder serial no. 0C295608.
The # does'nt match anything I assume it's a 90 or 91...I looked at at least 3 charts
none are real clear to me.
