My 9.9 yamaha 9.9 xpb high thrust will not stay running in neutral nor will it start in neutral. Have to throttle up to start but stalls when brought back to neutral. Makes it difficult to get into gear before it stalls. Only a year old and not a lot of use. If I can get it into gear before...
