    Lower unit oil change

    Changing the lower unit oil on my Mercruiser and I know the procedure for taking the vent plug/drain plug out to create a vacuum so that the oil doesn't gush out the drain plug when you're done. I am not getting that vacuum though. My unit says it takes 32 oz of lube and I pumped a full 32 oz...
