    What octane does a OMC 3.0L GM engine take?

    Sea Sprite Continental MKIII - Prop pitch range

    I just bought a Sea Sprite Continental MKIII 1985. It has the 140 hp Inline 4 GM/Chevy engine. Does any one have the boat's owner's manual or know what the prop pitch range is? I'd like to use the highest pitch to maximize speed while keeping RPMs low. Thanks in advance for your help!
