I have a 2006 5.OL GXI engine in a Monterey boat. The serpentine belt keeps coming off. I replaced the tentioner and belt. The water pump was replaced under warranty, as it was thought to be out of alignment. A different boat shop ground down the engine block where the tentioner attaches...
