    Can antone give some input on the slow speed neddle valve for a 4906b, 1969 evinrude lightwin? I have done extensive rework of the old kicker but when starting it, it floods. Rund good for a while at 1/2 - 3/4 throttle, then dies. Fuel pump has been rebuilt, as well as a carb kit. The only thing...
