120 johnson V4 I can run the motor at dock no problem. I take the boat out and the after 15-20 min. I changed the sparkplugs, new fuel. And the motor is not hot, well it is hot but i can put my hand on it and leave it not burning me. I am confused at first i thought it overheated. Any ideas?
