I've recently come into posession of an old Evinrude (Serial # 15036A-03139). Does anyone know what year & horsepower this is? Also, oil:gas ratio? I've used a 24:1 ratio because that's what the previous owner said he used. I've been able to get it started in my driveway (after many pulls)...
