    Convert 1987 25hp Merc from remote to tiller

    I've got a 1987 25hp Merc on a 14ft boat setup in remote/console configuration but I'd really prefer to convert the boat to a tiller. How hard is it to convert this motor to a tiller? Are there any kit's available for conversion? Thanks! Pete
