I have a 1982 Merc 25 HP. I recently did the carbs, compression is good in both cylinders, gas is clean and new filters are installed. When i crank the motor it seems to do jusr fine if I keep it in gear, either reverse or forward, I can have it slightly in gear or reved out and it runs...
