can any one explain where to place dizzy. i have put it facing no 1 piston runs ok out of water but backfires in the water. plus i can only get 20 degrees btdc before i run out of turning the dizzy. placed it one tooth counterclock wise and it runs pretty rough still cant get btdc below 15...
