I'm pretty sure I'm not getting any fuel through my carburetor on my 1990 35 hp Evinrude. I've rebuilt a lot of Honda carbs before, and I did all the things to this carb that I would normally do: check/replace gaskets, spray carb cleaner, shoot compressed air through it. One difference though...
