we have a 15ft california skiff aluminium with a 30 hp evinrude. After 3/4 revs we get cavitation, this is worse when turning up stream. i suspect angle of the engine. Any advice would be welcome. Worth mensioning it has a new prop and the problem is worse when going up stream in the river.
