    1989 50hp force issues

    I have a 89 50hp force 50 a9c. It is extremely hard to start. After I get it started I get raw fuel out of the exhaust and it will not idle. I cleaned to carb and the needle seems to seat. Ran new fuel line and replaced the primer ball. Doesn't seem to take prime. The ball doesn't get as firm as...
