    Anyone ever done this? Is the difference just the carbs? would the performance gains be worth the effort?

    I recently purchased a 1992 60hp evinrude. The motor runs great. I noticed it did not have the air intake/filter? box on the carbs. Should I purchase this or is it ok to run without?
