Dealer slipped me a 2007 Merc 9.9 4 stroke. Would like to know if any differences b/t 07 and current model. Also, tilt lock handle came out after 2 hours and stalls easily in idle. Common problems?? Need to know whether to get refund or switch out for current model. Thanks.
