    75 horse 84 model won't throttle down

    runs good at top speed,idles great,starts great...when i give it gas it wants to bogg down.If i go slow it will pick up.any ideas.

    75 horse starts great,idles great,compression in all 3-cyl. is 120-123...but when i give it gas it boggs down and i have to go slow until i get it up a ways and then it runs great...it seems to help if i push in on choke ...carbs have been cleaned but did not help....any ideas?
