    1985 johnson 70 hp does anyone know the meausment of the shifting rod someone turned

    I had my lower unit off doing the water pump in it and one of the guy thought it would be funny to turn the shift shaft and now no rev does anyone know the mesurment of the shifting rod on a 1985 vro 70 hp johnson any help ?
