I am looking to buy a 2001 cobia 256 deck oat with a ox66 250hp outboard. However the marina seller says he can't access the engine hours as the 'gauge' is broken. But this is a digital reader and he still says the comPuter can't access the hour amount. Any advice on if I should suggest...
