    sport jet 120 please help!!!!!!

    I have a 94 sea rayder f-13. The boat originally had a 90 horse power sport jet in it. I put in a 96 sport jet 120 xr. The only problem that I have now is at wot the boat goes 36 mph. If I back off the throttle a little bit the motor picks up rpms and tops out at 41 mph (this is with one adult)...

    1989 evinrude 300's running hot

    Here's the deal. I bought a boat with twin evinrude 300's (VRO). Both motors run good until they always start running hot. Here's what I've done..... - Put new impellers and housings in both lower units - Blew out all the water circulation lines - Cleaned the thermostats and replaced rubber...

    Why is my sport jet capitating?

    I recently aquired a sea raider with a sport jet 120. Does anybody know why this motor would be capitating?
