I have a 96 75hp merc that seems to be bucking and missing at low speeds. Had carbs rebuilt by dealer, but still does it. It seems to smooth out with throttling up to higher speeds but will surge a bit at high speeds. Plugs are new and compression is 140 per cyl. any ideas?
