So i have a mercruiser 3.0 alppha one and it wont start only a click. I put in a new starter and new slave solenoid and a new 50 amp circuit breaker. My battery tests at 12.76 and it just clicks. A friend came over and we took out the plugs and manually turned the motor and its not seized...
