I've attached a picture. We've got almost the identical type Bimini top w/ rear brace, however need to know if this type can be collapsed either forward or backward to lay flush with the stern of the boat? If not, is it permanently in place? We simply would like to collapse it in the winter so...

I recently purchased a Monterey 180 F/S which only comes with 1 battery. I'd like to hear recommendations for a jumpbox (battery charger) that I can take along with us when we go out...Any experience using these? Any good recommendations? I'd like to not "break the bank" when purchasing one...
