Ok just adjusted the trim tab/exhaust snout. The boat was pulling really hard to the right before, so I moved the front of the tab to the left...

After work I am going to check to see if there is a hook. I dont think that there is too much weight in the bow. We are able to start the boat fine, but sometimes I do a fast idle/warm-up.

I got a 125 Force on a 85 Bayliner Carpi. When I bought the boat it had on it a 13.25 x 17 prop already on it. At WOT, I am able to reach almost 4,000 RPMs. Any sugestions on if I should change props? Or is the one it cam with the right one for this boat?
