I can get the control box to shift into reverse and neutral, but not forward. Forward is LOCKED, so to speak, any ideas? I took the white shifting box apart but don't see or know what to look at. Is it in the motor? Thanks for the help. ( I have a jet unit on the bottom), this little break down...
