I have a 1979 merc 9.8. The problem is it won't start when the primer bulb is hard. It takes a few more pumps until fuel comes out of a pee hole at the front of the carb. When I see fuel drip down it will start everytime. Also after shutting down the motor for about 10 minutes or so it requires...
