I just recently bought this boat and did some minor repairs..... impeller and new gear oil.. I can get it to go about 5 to 10 miles an hour but after that it boggs out and dies.. I should add that I am at high altitude bout 5500 ft.. I have read in some posts that if I sqeeze the primer bulb...
