1995 9.9 hp 2 stroke merc was running fine 2 years ago. Now it is backfiring and blowing the vacuum lines off the cylinders at an idle up to about half throttle then it stops backfiring. Has new fuel and oil and we ran some Seafoam thru the intake and it did not seem to help. Any ideas??
