    Hello, I have a 87 85hp with a bad lower unit, and a 90's force 90hp with a blown power head, I know the lower units are different and the electrical..... but can i use the 87 powerhead on the 90's 90hp Force?

    Is there a lifting ring kit or a better methood of lifting this out board with a shop crane?

    Bolt size for the negative ground wire for a 1987 85hp Force outboard.

    I just purchased this motor ($50.00) for my 14 yr old son & I to work on, sitting in the mud but looks semi complete, and it is not frozen. My first question is (On this forum) what size bolt connects the negative battery cable to the outboard housing? (it is missing) Thank you in advance.... JB
