    I bought this boat about a month ago. It had been sitting for 2 years. I have drained and cleaned the gas tank. Cleaned and rebuilt carbs. Ran all new fuel lines and filters, changed spark plugs, and changed lower unit oil. I took a video of it running. Thanks for the help in advance. J...

    I recently purchased an '89 Stratos with an '89 Evinrude 60HP. I have cleaned and rebuilt the carbs. Added new non-ethenal gas with a bottle of sea foam. It starts and runs but around 3000 rpm it with sputter and drop rpm. The gas bulb will not stay hard. The boat had been sitting for 2 years...
