having problem with motor not opening up once in the water. just put on new 13 pitch prop. carbs where rebuilt,new fuel pump, new plugs. still not opening up once at lake. they fuel primer bulb is going soft when opening up throtle. stay hard when trolling. and can anyone tell me what they mix...
