ive had the carbs rebuilt,fuel pump changed,lines cleaned. comp. is 114 to 120 in all 3 cylinders. all plugs spark when grounded. runs great hooked up to hose but when i put it in the water and put it under a load it stalls when i give it the gas. if i rev it up and put it in gear it will start...
