Just finished re-building my lower unit on my 1984, 65hp Evinrude. Hooked everything back, turned key and nothing. Placed a rope on it and pull started it. Ran fine :) so kill switch is O.K. Turned key off and engine shut off. Started 3 times with key, then same. No clicking, nothing...
