Hi, Just purchased a second hand boat with Yamaha 115 outboard. Starts fine and runs great for about 20 minutes, then power starts to go up and down w/o changing throttle. Have put a "dry gas" additive in, changed the fuel/water separator filter and fuel line filter, none of which fixed issue...
