my power trim & tilt is completely out of order,,however i was thinking about taking it out today, my concern is ,will the motor stay in place while the boat is in motion?
the two long srews that hold the housing together have come out and brushes have come off shaft, can i put this back together and if so ,how do i hold brushes back on spring while i slide shaft back in ?
