    1987 Suzuki 85DT. The motor runs and drives great up to about 3/4 throt. Than the alarm sounds. I can shut down and start back up immeditly and alarm is off and runs great at anything under 3/4.     In gear well in nutral postion

    Just got done replaceing the impeller on a Suzuki DT85 year 85 and now the boat is stuck in gear. Was there something I was suppose to do when I put the lower unit back up. I just retightend the screw I losened on the linkage to drop the unit in the first place? Any help with this would be great.
