They say ya get what ya pay for an this was a free 1985 15.5' capri with 85hp force. steering cable is frozen so ive removed with replacement intended but O/B motor still takes much effort to move. any suggestions on how to free up or replace main "hinge pin" ... not sure what else to call it...
